    Avoid this problem by linking the config file option in the MMC to the folder where all the config files reside:

    Eg: C:/Documents and Settings/render

    not C:/Documents and Settings/render/LWEXT9.CFG

    RightClick on render node in the Host Instance window and go to: set process priority… Set your faster machines to Realtime and slower to high and even slower to normal etc…

    Fixed it!

    Seems that if you “Skip User Setup” during installation then configure the Muster Dispatcher Service 5 to Log In as a system admin it works…

    Lots of other flaky bugs though… didn’t spend much time developing Lightwave eh Muster admins??

    Are there any older versions of Muster running on ANY of your nodes? The Render Client Service may be looking for a server that no longer exists!

    Uninstall all old versions of Muster and start fresh with 5.11
