Setting up Muster 6.0 for the first time. I can copy machine configurations in the Muster 6 Console, but the “Paste” item is grayed out. Lots of machines to configure the same way. It sure would be nice to have this feature back. How do I enable it?
    Thanks!

Switch to HOST VIEW mode. The configuration is host-wide, some functions like the copy/paste and the services commands must be invoked right-clicking on the host rather than the instance!

I’m still having a persistent problem that if I restart a host, it’s configuration information is lost and I have to re-configure it. Not sure how to solve this. I don’t understand where the configuration data is getting stored, so I can’t figure out how to solve the problem. I’m guessing it’s a permissions issue in windows, but need to know what directories /files need to be granted what access.

I but really need to straighten this out. We’re upgrading from 6 to 20 servers, and I can’t be manually reconfiguring each one every time it reboots.

When you configure an host, the rc.conf file is rewritten. You should change the file’s write permissions.

    Cheers!
