So I think I mostly have it working minus the fact that the faster Windows 7 machine still doesn’t render anything on the farm. It’s all delegated to the slower xp machine. Does anyone have a solution to this? As far as rendering I’m getting frames, however, they are in the form scene_1.iff.01, scene_1.iff.02, etc. How do you change the file naming structure to appear as scene.#.iff, or scene.#.tif, or a variety of file formats? Does anyone have any suggestions? Let me know. Thanks.

Sorry, didn’t realize that the file naming structure was set to single frame name.ext in Render settings and Muster was overriding that to name.ext.# is it was rendering multiple frames. Now I know, it’s determined by the render settings of the project. Hope this helps future users. Thanks guys.
