progress will not move past 0%

    I am able to start a render job successfully but progress doesn’t move past 0%. No log errors on client or server, client log indicates job started successfully. Render job has been running for 1 hour now, I’d expect to see *some* progress. Windows clients, job is a very simple Maya job.

    On which account start render client service ?
    System account or custom account ?

    Check that the permission of the muster service user can access scene folder (network shares) and local maya folders.
