I’ve been trying to install the latest version of Muster, 5.5.4. We were still running 4.52 until recently. Though it’s not crucial at the moment, I would like to get Vue running on the render farm, but can’t find much information for how the configuration should be setup.
Currently the configuration settings through the Management Console on the test render node point to the Renderbull.exe on each node’s C: where Vue is installed.
Does Muster require Vue scenes or render options to be set a certain way in order to work? At the moment whenever I submit a job it finishes in a matter of seconds and does not output anything. The log file claims a successful scene load but that’s all that happens. I’ve looked at the Renderbull Network settings in Vue itself, but I’m not sure what to put in the “Command to execute” box, if anything.
Try to replicate the renderbull command line generated from Muster and test it this render successfully, maybe the problem is elsewhere, but you need at least a log to inspect..
