INVALID EXECUTABLE ON RENDER NODE

    Hello!

    I’m setting up a render farm for the first time using Muster 5.4. When I submit a Maya 2008 or 3D Studio Max 9 job I get the following log file errors:

    (02/08/2008 12:35:37) Chunk 1 belonging to job Untitled(33) processed by host LV-R241-16 reported the following error: Invalid executable C:program filesAutodesk3dsMax83dsmaxcmd.exe (Service) ailvrf01(127.0.0.1)

    (02/08/2008 12:07:28) Chunk 1 belonging to job MusterTest(30) processed by host LV-R241-16 reported the following error: Invalid executable c:program filesAliasMaya 7.0binrender.exe (Service) ailvrf01(127.0.0.1)

    Both 3D Studio Max 9.5 and Maya 2008 are installed on the host LV-R241-16.

    I’m not sure where else to go from here.

    Any help from forum members would be greatly appreciated.

    Configure the host using the management console and check carefully that the paths matches with the ones on the host.
