Most of our farm is XP64 except for one machine that’s Windows7 (due to a scsi raid controller). Muster is set up exactly the same on XP as Win7, but when muster tries to render it gives an error message in the log file only on Win7:
Error: File not found.:
Error: Cannot load scene “T:/JOBS/scenes/job1.ma”. Please check the scene name.
//Maya exited with status 209
I can open the file on this computer. The T drive is our shared server. The render client service is starting with Muster credentials, which is an administrator and has the server network drive mapped as “T:”
Muster 6.0.3
Have you mapped T statically in the client preferences ? XP and 7 have a different way to share user’s address spaces, so what you may have configured badly in XP (and it works) may not work in 7
