create folder mrtool 5.5

i am trying to create a new muster folder using the command line tool mrtool for muster 5.5.1

i have looked in the help and it says you can use the -folder flag to do this, but i keep getting errors

i have omitted specific characters from the command but this is what i am doing. I want to create a folder called “newFolder”

>mrtool -s ###.###.#.## -u sam -p ****** -b -folder “newFolder”
> Invalid flag(9) newFolder

but when i use it without giving the folder name i get this
>mrtool -s ###.###.#.## -u sam -p ****** -b -folder
> Missing folder name

so how do you specify the name of the new folder?
