I found it. I was able to install it no problem. Thank you!
When we runthe script, it brings up the window but when we try to refresh the pools, or submit, it says it could not find the file specified, and then complains that it can’t find mrtool.
I’ve changed the path from %MUSTER% to c:\program files\virtual vertex\Muster 9\ (and browsed to it) but they all give the same error. Also the port number seems to be different than the port my dispatcher uses, but making the ports match doesn’t seem to change anything.
Try to define a system wide MUSTER9 environmental variable that points to your installation directory, and relaunch after effects and the .jsx connector and let me know if this solves your issue. The different network port may be due by the installation of the previous version, did you ever attempt to install muster 8 on your After effects installation ?
By the way, be sure that the port matches the “management port” of the Dispatcher, it should match the port used when you connect using “console” that in turn should be 9881
I did that.
system wide variable MUSTER9 pointing to c:\program files\virtual virtex\Muster 9
I changed the port to 9881, change the ip to the ip of my dispatcher.
tried both admin, and a user
when i try to prefetch pools i get an error that the file cannot be found.
When I try to submit, it complains about the mrtool missing, even though it’s right thre in the MUSTER9 folder.
