Hard time configuring nodes on CentOS 7

Info:
Muster 8.1.3×64
Renderfarm dispatcher is run on centOS6
RenderClients are running CenOS7
SELinux and firewall turned off for debug purposes
hostname is set locally and shows up in local shell and in instance name but not in “data stream -progress window”
No conflicting IPs as they are static
ssh is running fine
have run a chmod -R 777 on the muster folder in case I was dealing with any rights issues
have run a chown on the on the musterfolder in case I was dealing with any other owner rights
rc.conf file exists on renderclient

My Issue:
what I have now is a populated instances view with my clients and I am able to pause and unpause them as well as softrestart them and so on.

What I want to do and what I am not able to do is right clicking one of them and choose configuration>configure, because when I do that the console window pops up a window saying:

Data streaming in progress…
Connecting to host Undefined(192.168.1.77)…

And it never goes beyone that.
I’m having a hard time finding any other output from the dispatcher on what it is actually doing and what connection it is having troubles making.
