I am trying to submit render from Muster GUI Console of a Maya file from my workstation. But the file is getting que-ed in Muster repository but the render is not happening. If I go to the render blade and start the render using cmdline, then it is getting rendered.

Can anyone put some light into it.

    Hi Soutrik,

If the job lands into Muster queue, that means the submission is correct. If it does not start, you should check:

    1) What render engine you’re using (Maya-sw , maya-arnold….) and if it’s enabled on your renderclients
    2) If you get any error in the bottom log because your clients goes into the exclusion list, and what’s the reason

we tried maya v-ray and Arnold render engine and didn’t get any error in the logs because it’s not reading anything from the file path

The render is stuck ? Have you installed Muster by assigned a user account as explained in the getting started guide ?

No. The render is not stucked. Its getting in que but the render is not starting. Even a single frame is not getting rendered. And yes, we have installed Muster by assigned a user account as explained in the getting started guide.

No. The render is not stucked. Its getting in que but the render is not starting. Even a single frame is not getting rendered. We are able to render Foundry Nuke files but not Maya files specifically. And yes, we have installed Muster by assigned a user account as explained in the getting started guide.
