So I have setup Muster Console on a school network for farm distribution. I am currently working in a controlled environment and the machines/nodes in the labs need to be off when students are using the computers. I read up on logon check and the “Make client unavailable on user loggin”, which is supposed to change the status of the node to unavailable. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get this feature to work properly and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions…?

The labs are running Mac OSX with Muster 6. I have an alternate solution which would be to create a script for log on and log off and just brute force the client to shutdown but this new feature seemed like exactly what I needed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Even i am feeling the same issue in my farm. is there any permanent solution there that whenever any artist log in render process automatically stops.
