client willing to connect but won’t start

    so my new farm nodes won’t turn on on our farm. they appear as offline. configured the same as all of the others. checked the service and it says its willing to connect but never does… what do i need to do to get these clients to respond? I’m using Muster 6.2.0.

    What is the node client operating system ?
    There is a firewall on the node ?
