Missing frames and black frames on Muster Rendering

Hi,
I am using v-ray for rendering. After rendering with muster lot of frames are missing and some of them are black frame. every time i have to requeue the missing and black frames. we are using maya2015 and v-ray 3.0 version. if there is any option for automatic chunk requeue still get the frame render proper or any scripts can do? . some render blades are working fine this problem happening with some of the render blades. i tried to copying the configuration of working render blades to error blades. its still have issue. i turned on the all chunk requeue check box in dispatcher settings -> logs and exit code. if there is any other option please help me.
