If it’s the ‘T’ column of the instances, you have a problem with the template execution on a specific instance.
i.e.
if you send a maya job to the farm and an error sign appears in the T column of an instance, means that node can’t process this job (may maya not be installed correctly or that node can’t access a network path, etc…).
After a few failed tries the maya template for that instance are marked wrong, and the dispatcher don’t try to send others maya job to the instance.
When you want, you can reset this error status by right click on the instance and select “purge job/template exclusion list”.
