render clients never change their status from idle(green) to running(red)…

    We setup our render farm combined with linux and windows 7 64bit, and with muster 5.5.8 installed.
    all the linux blades work well, but the windows clients never run a job. they all appear in muster explorer without any errors displayed. they can be paused or resumed, but never run a job, what to do to fix it…?

    Check that the template you’re using (maya sw/maya mr … ) is actually supported by the WIndows node, otherwise try to configure it manually (right click on a node->configure->templates)….
