Some of my users are using Muster 5.1 and we have an issue:
“So my problem is that when I submit a job (300 frames for example) to the queue (and set the packet size to 1), each of the 7 rous will render out one frame – a total of 7 frames, and then the job will stop. My workaround is to divide out the number of frames by the number of rous, and set the packet size to that number e.g. 300frames/7rous = 43 frames packet. This seems to work, but I shouldn’t have to do that.”
If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
When you say “The job will stop” what do you mean exactly ? Do you get a red ball under the “j” or “t” column ? Do you get any red line in the Explorer log pane ?
I need further info to help…
Regards.
